For insurance · Brokerages · Carriers · MGAs
Multi-carrier ops unified · claims 85% fasterClaims processing takes your team 23 days per file. With AI, in a matter of days.
Brokerages and MGAs are stuck between giant systems that cost $1M+ and Salesforce-style add-ons that don't understand insurance. We rebuild your operation with AI: claims intake, policy servicing, quoting across multiple carriers, and automatic reading of documents. All running on a system you own.
What's actually breaking
Five places revenue and trust stall in a brokerage or MGA.
- 01
Claims processing takes 23 days per file. Insureds churn during the wait.
Document collection, adjuster handoff, carrier routing, payment reconciliation — every step is manual. The insured who got into the accident in week one is calling for the third time in week three asking where the check is. Satisfaction collapses claim by claim.
- 02
Policy servicing ties up two full-time people and the agents still get charged back for errors.
Endorsements, certificates of insurance, billing questions, certificate generation — high-volume, low-margin work that eats the team's time and exposes the brokerage to errors-and-omissions claims when something gets missed.
- 03
Quoting 7 carriers takes 4 to 9 hours per account. Two out of three get declined.
Manual data entry into seven different portals, each with different required fields, different acceptance criteria, and different formats. The underwriter receives an incomplete submission, declines it, and the team starts over with carrier number 8.
- 04
Key information is a stack of PDFs nobody reads all the way through.
Schedules of insured property, loss histories, exposure reports — the data you need to negotiate lives across 40-page PDFs nobody on the team has time to go through carefully. Negotiating leverage is left on the table every renewal.
- 05
Operating across multiple carriers is scattered across 6 portals and 3 shared folders.
The producer can't see whether the renewal proposal is ready, whether the certificate of insurance was issued, whether the billing matches what was bound. Leaks happen at the seams between systems. The brokerages that win in 2027 are the ones that already have their whole operation visible in one place.
How we ship it

Proof we can build
An operations control board that maps directly onto a brokerage operation.
Operations control board for many users, with role-based access and a record of every action.
For a platform with many users and heavy operations we shipped an AI control board that routes work based on role (producer, customer service, underwriter equivalent), tracks status across every step of the process, and logs every action with date, time, and who did it. That same foundation (role-based access, step-by-step process control, a record of every action) maps directly onto a brokerage or MGA operation: claims, policy servicing, and quoting across multiple carriers on a single screen.

Frequent questions from principals and ops leads
What brokerages and MGAs in your shoes ask before the call.
How do you handle personal data, medical data, and carrier-confidentiality requirements?
Every system runs on infrastructure you own — your cloud, your database, your records. Insured personal data, claims data, and confidential carrier pricing never leave your environment. We design it with bank-grade security from day one. The record stores every AI query tied to the relevant policy or claim, so you have backup for any errors-and-omissions claim.
How do you connect with Applied Epic, AMS360, EZLynx, or HawkSoft?
Every management system we've connected with has a way to talk to other programs — even when it doesn't advertise it. We study how it stores the information, build a bridge that keeps it in sync both ways, and hand you that connection as part of the system you own. No dependence on outside services, no monthly fee per connection. If your system has no viable way to connect, we tell you in the audit and propose a plan.
What does my brokerage need to qualify?
Independent brokerage or MGA with $5M-$50M in annual revenue, 15-100 staff, an established book of business, and a principal or ops director who can move on the recommendations without a 6-month committee. We do not work with pre-revenue agencies.
Do you take part of the company or a share of revenue?
We do not take part of your company. For Tier 3 projects we accept an optional results-based model tied to measurable goals: reducing claim time, increasing accepted quotes, or staff hours recovered. Only when the improvement can be measured in your own data.
Do carriers accept quotes prepared with AI?
Carriers care about data quality, completeness, and whether they can trust it — not whether AI was part of the process. Quotes that arrive complete on the first pass, with verified data, get accepted. Because there's a record of where every data point came from, it's the opposite of the half-finished quotes that get declined today.
